Valve managed support services are ideally suited to customers who don't wish to establish their own dedicated support crew, or require additional expert support during high-demand periods.
Valve is backed by an extraordinary multi-disciplined, full-stack support team, as well as the broader DataDivers capability and toolsets.

Valve is made up of Valve Base Support and a supplementary Valve Minor Works Service.

Valve Base Support is an annual service charged in advance, with capped support hours. An initial one week Minor Works Service is required to establish the Valve.

Valve Base Support typically includes:

Incident response

Bug fixing and break-fix support in response to an incident, failure or outage.

Service requests

Ad-hoc Q&A, guidance and advice, ongoing data platform monitoring and optimisation, minor tweaks to existing data platform, ingestion pipelines, reports and dashboards and small adjustments to configurations or settings.

Fully managed ITSM tools and processes

Seamlessly integrate and operate with your ServiceNow or Atlassian implementations.

As an additional service you can add in Valve Minor Works which is a flexible on-demand minor works service (typically < 10 days' continuous effort), managed to a capped budget. Each minor works request is estimated and delivered on a time and materials basis.

Valve Minor Works typically includes:

Enhancements to your data platform and ingestion pipelines

Enhancements to current reporting, dash-boarding and machine learning models.

Installing and configuring data platform components.
